A first glance at Roy's, with its giant sign and positioned in another upscale Scottsdale mall, one might think nothing special and pass by. That would be a mistake. Roy Yamaguchi is opening restaurants with his Hawaiian vibe across America, and we should all be thankful. Roy's is very comfortable, yet posh for a large restaurant. Unbelievable food that made this diner an instant fan of Pacific Rim cuisine. There were so many tantalizing selections, but try the Hawaiian fish, especially the moonfish. Roy's is a winner.
